Give a Dog A Plane

Gosh, I would have loved to have seen Air Crash Investigation solve this one had the Qantas Jet crashed? The Airbus A300 was flying from Auckland to Melbourne when a warning light began flashing in the cockpit. The light indicated that there was something wrong with the auxiliary power unit. On arrival at the Melbourne airport the ground crew opened the cargo hold to look for the cause of the problem and came face to face with one very pissed off dog. Hmm, it seems the not so happy pooch got loose during the flight and began gnawing everything in sight (including the electrical wiring). An aviation engineering source said “Under duress the animal obviously went nuts, biting through anything that it came across.”
