Civil libertarians look away, look away. Bless, Swaziland MP Timothy Myeni has made an interesting suggestion. Hmm, he proposes that all African HIV sufferers have their butts branded to warn would-be partners that they are carrying the disease. Mr Myeni is convinced the scheme would help stop the spread of the killer disease. Hmm, because lets face it if you saw your would-be lovers ass covered in big old warning sign you would think twice now wouldn’t you? Speaking at an MP workshopMr Myeni said ‘Before having sex with anyone, people will have to check their partners’ buttocks before proceeding,’. Nearly 43% of the population of Swaziland are infected with HIV. That would be a hell of lot of branding going on there!
