I wouldn't if I were you!

Hmm, authorities in Connecticut have arrested 19 people and seized over a hundred canaries in what they believe was a bird fighting operation. WTF, like people would watch canaries fighting? You’d really want a front row seat for that!  Come on people they are like, what, 10cms high? It ain’t no pit bull fighting ! Hang on, if they can be so nasty should we be having them as pets ? Are they going to kill gran? They aren’t going to attack you in the middle of the night like some friggin Chucky Doll are they? Anywho they are little creatures and we must do all that we can to protect the defenseless and if that means saving a little yellow canaries sorry ass, so be it.

Psst Evidently our little feathered friends can get pretty vicious during mating season…don’t we all!

And rightly so. I’ve had these birds and never saw that kind of behavior . In fact they used to cuddle up to each other at night when they went to sleep. They’d puff up their little yellow feathers and tuck in their wee heads. So cute to see them both together. That was then, I still have only one as the other flew off to New Zealand. I’m still looking for an aviary to get some Cockatiels but it’s cold presently and I have to assemble it myself so in September October when the chill goes out of the air. Monica called from WA to rub it in that it was around 20 degrees there today and we had 14. BRRRRRR! Come On Spring !

  2. Ha, the other little tweeter kicked to others bum and then kicked him out of the cage.

  3. So I wonder if the canaries are allowed to use numb chucks or knives. Canaries in da hood!
