I think Phil Spector may have to invest in more than just soap-on-a-rope while he whiles away his time in jail. Seems he has an admirer. Oh yeah, Charles Manson has been harassing the legendary music producer ever since he was transferred to the same prison. Manson dabbled in a bit of music before taking a little career detour. In fact his famous killing spree was linked to the dissing he got from record producer Terry Melcher (Doris Day’s son) who thought his music stank and refused to sign him. In response Manson ordered his cult members to kill him but what they didn’t know was that Melcher had just sold his mansion to Roman Polanski and his wife Sharon Tate. Whoopsie. So anywho it must have been quite a surprise for Mr Spector to have been sent a note from Charles Manson. Geez, one minute you are socializing with the music greats the next you are hearing the lambs Clarice! Ooh and here’s the kicker, it seems Manson wanted some tips and advice from Phil about his music career. Spector honey, considering his track record, I’d do lunch. Sweet dreams.

I didn’t realise that’s what happened. OMG and poor Sharon Tate. That was an abominable thing to do to her. Imagine killing a pregnant women. No I don’t like his music. I’d say Mr Spector will have his hands full in that hell hole. In many ways.

That makes him even more creepier, don’t you think. Like getting murdered by Val Doonican! Melcher had told the Beach Boys, Manson gave him the creeps and couldn’t stand being in the same room with him.
So he was spot on!
