What to do when your neighbor’s chain smoking behavior annoys the crap out of you? Friggin sue, that’s what! Donna and Richard Ganguet’s life in their gated community was simply rosy until nicotine loving neighbors moved in next door. Soon the smoke began wafting over the fence and right up their noses, making it a living hell for the non smokers. They say they can no longer sit outside on their patio or even go for a swim without being surrounded by a toxic smoke cloud. They even resorted to hiring industrial fans to blow the stench away but they were too noisy. The culprits seem to be the next door neighbors children who aren’t allowed to smoke in their mom’s home so they go outside to puff . One of sons has a pack and a half a day smoking habit which means his addiction has to be fed at all hours of the day.

what they should be doing is spreading plenty of chicken and sheep manure each weekend and letting that smell waft into the neighbours yard.
