Dress Code For First Class

Passenger refused first class seat because he was in trackie pants

And the problem is?

OMG, Armando Alvarez was refused a first class seat on United Airlines for wearing trackie pants (hello, that is Australia’s friggin national dress) . Mr Alvarez, an executive from the US, was stopped at the gate and told he was dressed way too casually to be going first class (psst they were Puma’s). Hello people, elastic slacks are iconic and damn comfy. No deep vein thrombosis in those suckers unless you are fat and being fat in trackie daks not a good look! Hmm, so much for being a United Airlines Red Carpet Club  member and using your frequent flyer points for an upgrade.

Psst It doesn’t matter anyhow, if that plane crashes you will all end up in first class and the cockpit on impact!

  • I often wear my favourite black drawstring cotton jersey pants when flying. They’re comfortable and make my butt look sexy at the same time, though they probably qualify as tracksuit pants too.

Damn anyone who tries to keep me out of first class just because of my attire. not that I’ve got the money for that sort of thing but twice I’ve managed an upgrade and I must say the champagne was of very good quality

  • I always fly first class nekid. I’m going to try using an airplane next.
