She’s been arrested and charged after bitching to the dispatcher , not just once but over 10 times, about a man who refused to marry her! Geez, the man must have been a real bastard, because she sounds like a keeper! Damn, she was also arrested the week before for repeatedly ringing 911 because she couldn’t find her car. Seriously, a keeper!
