You know your life pretty much sucks when even the LAPD cover up your saggy manboobs in your mug shot! Police authorities thought Eduardo Ibarra Perez’s boobs were so offensive (for general viewing) they used a flesh colored strip to hide them. Perez is wanted for suspected murder and they have asked the public not to approach him because he is armed and dangerous. Hmm, so I am guessing asking him to “show us your tits” is out of the question? Boy, will he be popular in the big house!
