Oh for crying out loud, what is wrong with this picture? A judge in England decided not to send a man, who attacked two men during a brawl, to jail so he could come live in Australia with his wife and family. WTF, we stopped taking convicts years ago, didn’t we? James O’Neill got a “get out of Jail free” card when his lawyer argued that O’Neill would be unable to enter Australia if he had a custodial sentence.

That’s all we need another bad egg pome. That judge just wanted rid of him, that’s why he didn’t send him to jail. Fobb him off to the Australian Government.

I’m sure he had a very plausible reason for bashing those two gents. For EG: His soccer team got relegated, his local pub started serving cold beer or perhaps his missus got kicked off ladette to lady in the first week.
I hope he made it so he could never go back to England.
