Knowing our government, they likely did buy thousands of tickets. If they win, they don’t have to pay taxes on it.
Hmmm…I entered one of those Lotteries in Spain and lost my entire bank account….
I’ve got 6 of them. If you take the cash-out, and after taxes, you’ll end up with just about 400 Million.
