Anyone For Python Vindaloo?

I’m not eating that!!!!

Want to know the best way to get rid of pesty Florida creatures like pythons, wild boar and lion fish? Have a top Miani chef cook off, that’s how. Yep, these nasty evasive critters, who have no natural predators (until now) will become the main ingredients for the chef’s dishes. Yummy.

  1. Makes sense when you think about it–what better way to get rid of evasive species than kill them and cook them gourmet style (provided the customers know what they’re getting of course). I’ve had fried rattlesnake before–not too bad actually. What matters most is how it’s cooked. Venison (deer meat) can taste awful if it’s not cooked in a special way–my favorite is to marinate it in wine, and cook it in a Crock pot all day.

  2. Love to try Python … what are Lion Fish?

  3. I hear they taste a bit like chicken.
