Um, when employed as a customer service agent for a mobile network company it probably isn’t a good idea to text a 16 year old girl “I hope you burn in hell” after she made a complaint. That’s a sacking right there.

You can imagine what it would have taken for this service guy to let loose like that…. putting 2 and 2 together…..16 year old….girl….complaining…her precious mobile phone…. yep, I would have done the same…. next
Me too I think he/she must have a great sense of humour or too much money and could afford to be sacked. Lol well I’ve tried upset them for years and never can. Those Indians, which they usually are, are unflappable lol.
It sounds like an imminent arrest is in her future too.
