OK loons, put away your deerstalker hats the mystery of the giant eyeball, that washed up on a Florida beach, has been solved. They took their own sweet time, but scientists are pretty sure they now know what creature the eye belongs to . The answer is ….drum roll… a swordfish. Give yourself a Scooby snack if you guessed that one.

Man, that really must’ve been the one that got away…if it’s eye is any indicator, that mother must have been as big as anything mimed in a big-fish story!
I never guessed that. I can’t remember what my guess was. Giant squid perhaps. I was wrong but Dixie has a box of Scooby Snacks in the pantry so I might just sneak one anyway
