Attention good folk of Norfolk in England, be on the look out for two nasty Oompa-Loompas. Seems these Willy Wonka wannabes attacked a man and left him with two black eyes and cuts to his face. Police describe them as having painted orange faces, green hair and wearing hoop tops. Friggin giant chewy nerds.
