Ewh, Randall Joseph Giesbers is a burglar with a difference, he likes wearing his victims undies.Salem police arrested the underwear thief after a woman called 911. When they arrived there he was wearing nothing but  her underwear (ewh,I hope they were the right size?)! On further investigation Police  found garbage bags full of women’s clothing and shoes at Mr Giesber’s place. Hmm, I suppose there are worse fetishes!
