Oh come on William Wright, trying to videotape up women’s skirts with a camera attached to your shoe is so 1990′s, gosh! Mr Wright was spotted by a concerned citizen in Publix (appropriate!) who noticed him following women around the store and doing strange things with his foot. When confronted by a police officer he was found to be carrying computer flash drives in his pocket, a trigger device, two wires protruding from his pants, a camera body and a lens attached to his foot (he must have been rattling). That’s one count of video voyeurism right there!
