Another Reason Why Smoking Is Dangerous

No, no, no, this is all wrong. Police are on the look out for a pregnant inmate Brittany Yaden who escaped from a hospital after going outside to have a cigarette while hooked to a friggin heart monitor. Say what? OK, who the hell lets someone have a cigarette after they complained about heart problems? Yaden was at the hospital receiving treatment when she popped outside and straight into a waiting vehicle. See, that’s how ya do it.

Yeah they let you Loon. When Jan had his heart monitor on you have little electrode things stuck to your chest . You wear it at home for 24 hours to see if there are any irregularities with the heart beat. He had it when he was diagnosed with Epilepsy. Easy to escape and yeah they let you out for smoke breaks. When I was visiting him in hospital they were in wheelchairs out the front faggin away. Even one on a oxygen bottle. By then it’s too late anyway. I suppose better let them smoke than have a ward full of agro patients suffering withdrawal symptoms.
She must have had one of this kind or she would have had to unplug herself. Silly girl. If she’s like me I hate the smell of the inside of a hospitals , I feel weak in the knees when I have to visit someone.

    • Blahahaha me too FF, I friggin hate hospitals. I feel like every friggin contagious disease is about to attack me. I can only stay a short time when visiting before I have to flee 😦 Oh and the smell of hospital food !!!!!!

  2. I’m with you there on the hospital food.

I spent a lot of time in different hospitals when Anita was poorly and ate lots of meals at the hospital canteens. The food was almost always delicious – but that same food, when placed in one of those trolleys that trundled it’s way from the canteen to the ward underwent some strange transformation into the most foul-smelling, evil-tasting stuff imaginable.

[I think it’s a diabolical plan to cut down the amount of time patients spend on the wards – the poor buggers are desperate to escape from the hospital food]

There’s the smell of a mixture of food and sickness lingering in the air. Even that old people in pyjama smell. My bad !! but that’s what it does to me . I have to head out for fresh air. I really think most buildings that you can’t open windows tend to be sick buildings. I went for a job once and the interview was in the most opulent of suites and my job was in nothing more than what I’d call a bunker with four others and no windows. I cleared out at lunchtime and went to Bright for a break in the country. I could never work in a hospital. I’m so outdoorsy and love fresh air.
