Holy Agatha Christie, there has been a murder at Best In Show. Crufts, the world’s largest dog show, has been rocked with allegations a prize winning red setter had been poisoned by a rival breeder. Not in its 100 year history has Crufts faced such a scandal. Jagger the red setter died after eating poisoned meat. Several other dogs near Jagger’s enclosure also fell ill and were rushed to vets. A full investigation is under way but no doubt next year’s show will have tighter security.
PSST Colonel Mustard has an alibi.
